What the hell is #ninjasmiles?
I am a generally happy person, even in the worst downers I try to remember to smile because I know it will make me feel better. Making someone else smile makes me even happier.
It’s January, we’re all a little tired, grumpy, cold, longing for spring (at least here in the northern hemisphere) and I felt that, with a little effort, we could bring some #ninjasmiles sunshine to our little corners of the world. Oh, and 25 + 1 + 16 = 42 🙂
Why 21 days? Because it’s half of 42, also it takes about that time to form a habit.
Why make someone smile? Because it’s a nice thing to do and if we all had the mindset to do this wouldn’t the world be a nicer place?
WHAT TO DO
Make someone smile. It’s that simple. You don’t have to make grand gestures or spend money to make someone smile. I’ve made a list of suggestions below to get you started but share any others you might think of under the hashtag #ninjasmiles
Some are free to give (just your time) and others cost under £10. These will keep you going and there’s no reason you can’t do some of them more than once, you could even pick one and do that for someone different every day.
Check out the main #ninjasmiles page for ideas what to do. Whatever it is – go give someone #ninjasmiles … I wonder if we can get that #hashtag trending? That would definitely make me smile.
